The cover looks like a shrunken headed Paul Weller.

Theres a major difference between the 2 artists though. One thinks he's clever and witty with his poetic lyrics and has he's head firmly up his own arse. The other is John Cooper Clarke.

Nicely put! The self-congratulatory Weller even had the audacity to put out a volume of his own "poetry" - consisting of the lyrics to Eton Rifles & so on. Talk about having ambitions about your talents...

Long live J.C.C.!!

I must admit I laughed at your comment anon. I can't knock the Jam though. Great band they were. You've both got a point about Weller though!

Great to hear this release once again. My cousin bought the e.p. back in the day - Suspended Sentance gave me nightmares! The studio recording of Psycle Sluts included here is (imho) far superior to the live version heard on many of his other compilations. Many thanks for sharing!
