Can't f'g believe it, me dears .. one of me local bands from 'arlow Essex, me being Stortford. There were five local bands: Newtown Neurotics and Denizens from Harlow, the Sods (not the later Scandiwegian ones) and the Epileptics (on whom more later) from Stortford, and Crass, not much further afield in North Weald, but those guys had outreach ... all these groups would play at Triad, Bishop's Stortford, the local dive, in 78-79, but the ones who would would make it big 'part from Crass were the Epileptics. After their first "Last Bus to Debden" EP (produced by Penny Rimbaud of Crass) was released, they would be sued by the (Royal?)Epileptic Society, change name and release their next single "Hitler's still a Nazi/Made in Hong Kong" on Stortbeat Records under the name the Licks, later being banned from Triad for swinging from the lighting rig during a gig with Crass that I was at. They would soon change name to Flux of Pink Indians ... etc etc. I have the "Last Bus to Debden" EP and their Licks' "Hitler's still a Nazi/Made in Hong Kong" single (great stuff !!) on vinyl (unripped), so can only give ya, via a punk fan in Brazil fa'godssake, the Sods' "No Pictures of us", one of the best punk synth riffs, in me humble opinion. Here ya go:

Sorry, Longy, if I'm doing something wrong. Tell me what to do .. You say "for the final time" .. not aware you told me otherwise apart from one single suggestion to do my own blog which I don't have time or place to organise. Was hoping I could upload stuff for all concerned to your comments section for you to repost or leave in the comments .. only trying to give back - no one else seems to bother giving back. Should I mail you any posts I have time to do, post'em here or just forget it? Sorry for inconvenience, only trying to share. Tell me how to handle it. Apologies, Dave Sez.

I know you are only trying to be kind Dave. I've had posts removed for copyright infringment and warnings and if this blog gets closed,I'd rather it be from my fault/posts than anyones elses. So if people start posting anything then it could cause problems.

Also everything you have posted so far is on other blogs. I look at most of the blogs on here and have had trouble and kicked up a stink with one person who kept nicking my posts so the last thing I want is someone posting other peoples links on here. I'm not saying you are doing that but I'd rather not have the hassle. I hope that explains it for you - no offence meant.

Trouble is I don't have the biological time and also don't quite believe you've found all I have e.g.the Stortford Sods etc etc etc elsewhere (took me ten years to find'em), but if the hassle is the blog police, I can understand. Or should I just fold before the last dance? Why be afraid? Remember posts in comments are NOT picked up by Google search engines i.e. DCMA Nazis. Should I offer Gary instead? By the way, I ain't nicking nobody's posts; links I post are always especially uploaded for the person concerned; those I have offered to you, I personally took the time to upload for you - you ain't gettin' no mass distribution. Tell me to stop, or tell me how, or tell me who to .. as Booker T and the MGs/Clash said, Time is Tight... cheers and now I understand why my gift ain't so hot ... cheers, Dave Sez.

Yes no doubt you and everyone else in the world has stuff I haven't got but offer it elsewhere not here. I'm not going to repeat myself over and over. What I got warned for last time was a 24 year old 7'' vinyl rip believe it or not Thanks but no thanks. Offer someone else mate. There millions of blogs out there.
