Off on a mini-trip to Italy today. Inter Milan vs Chelsea at the San Siro was just too good an opportunity to turn down. I hope we do as well there as Man Utd did last week but I'm not counting my chickens. I need to stock up on some baccy anyway so £235 for flights, transfers and match tickets won't exactly kill me. Now I know why people make pilgrimages abroad to see "God" See you in Milan Mr Mourinho!

hope you're experience of the San Siro is better than mine in 2007 - we lost 3-0.
I loved every minute of it Mullers (well except for their 2 goals) The TV doesn't do that ground or that atmosphere justice does it? I've never been to a ground that good and that loud before. Italian Police I'm not too keen on though. They kept us behind for too long afterwards just to piss everyone off! I never got my baccy either. Great time though. Loved it.
You should still do them at SB, though I wouldn't put it past Maureen to pull something out of the bag. Our tie isn't dead yet either - early goal for Milan and its nail biting time.
I would say you are certs to go through Mullers and I hope we join you in the draw. I'm worried about Citeh tomorrow for some reason.....probably Hilaro in goal!
Hey Longy
Any panic amongst the Chelsea faithful?I recorded the Inter vs Chelsea match and will watch before the return leg.I actually listened to part of the match while driving around. It was on one of Vancouver Sports Radio Stations(The Team 1040 AM).Small world.
And what happened on the weekend?I loved the Bridge - Terry handshake!
Just starting to come down from the Winter Olympics. You guys get the Summer Games in 2 years.I am sure you will catch some of the football.
Cheers
Doug
Canada,eh
Hi Doug. Yes plenty of panic amongst us. We haven't been playing well for a while and the injuries we have are taking their toll. All the media bullshit hasn't helped but what will be will be. I won't shed any tears if we win sod all. I'm used to it!
The non handshake was just what the press wanted and unfortunately, most of our fans responded by booing Wayne Bridge. Not me though! The guy was part of two championship winning Chelsea teams so doesn't deserve to be booed. Shame on those Chels fans.
I didn't watch any of the winter games and I doubt I'll watch too much of the 2012 Olympics either (except the football and boxing) Looking forward to the World Cup though!
Longy my friend in reply to yr Wigan comment, one word "Inter"!!!
