The Adverts - Live In Germany (1979)

This is a 15 minute snippet from the German movie "Brennende Langeweile" by Wolfang Büld (yes him again) I'd love to have a full version of this German film with English subtitles so if such a thing exists and you know where I can buy it or you have it,then please share it!

For now though and for those who may not have seen The Adverts in the film, heres one of the very best Punk bands of all time performing 5 tracks live. Worth downloading just to see Gaye Advert.

Vocalist TV Smith continues to write great songs and still performs live to this very day. Note the video cuts out just before the end of the last song (not my rip but someone on soulseek's...cheers whoever you were) Awesome stuff.

A small file at only 73mb.

Tracks

1) Gary Gilmore's Eyes
2) Love Songs
3) Televisions Over
4) I Surrender
5) Great British Mistake

Wow... many thanx for posting this!! One of my fave bands!! Use to have a great "I love Gaye Advert" t-shirt that I purchased in '78 down at Camden Market. Ahhh, the good ol' days!

Can somebody advise me on a safe site where I can download the appropriate codec’s to play these vids. I have windows media player and winamp. At the moment all iget is the music with a blank screen. Sorry to be a pain again. Cheers.

I would send you mine anon but I'm not what ones I'm actually using. They say its best not to use too many different codec packs and I notice Im using loads!

I'm using DivX,K-Lite,SLC and Xvid ones according to my computer.

Anyone?
