Thanks for all your comments on the previous post.

First off,the last post was not aimed at the people who regularly comment on here and I apoligise if it came across that way (thats you gonk, nuzz, topper and englishfog for starters)

Second off, thanks for your honesty and good wishes. Its always good to hear from some of the silent majority whatever the circumstances.

Third off,I really don't expect everyone to comment on every bloody post. Really I don't. I'm just feeling fragile at the moment thats all (see paragraph below)

Fourth off, to the anon prick who said "stop being a baby" If you had any idea how much physical pain I am in (which cannot be cured) how fucking depressed I am, how much medication I'm on, how much sleep I am not getting, how I'm currently nursing my dying very elderly neighbour because no-one else seems to give a shit and lastly but by no means leastly, how upset and shocked I am about hearing about yet another death of one of my friends - a great Rasta guy called Dane also a fellow Blue (a recovering addict for the last 6 years who relapsed and died after one hit of smack) then you would be pissed off too. If thats being a baby then yes,I'm a baby.

Now I know I mustn't project all my personal crap onto you lot but yes I am actually a human and if I'm being truthful then I guess I am feeling a little bit sorry for myself at the moment. I do try to maintain a sense of humour but when its on top then its on top. No its not very Punk at all but at least its honest.

Don't worry, you will definately get the rest of the files and normal service will be resumed later (probably today) And I repeat,no,you don't have to comment if you don't want to when you download them. I apoligise your sounding a bit harsh on the last post but I say what I feel at the time be it wrongly or rightly. Its part of who I am (a miserable old bastard!)

Dane was a very special person. He had a great sense of humour and would help anyone. He helped me out alot. Although we couldn't get tickets for the game at Bolton in May 2005 when Chelsea won the League for the first time in 50 years,I was glad I was in his company for that very emotional moment. I will really miss him and I'm truely gutted.

R.I.P. Dane (Keep that Blue flag flying high in the great gig in the sky)

Hi, anon prick here! Look, I'm sorry you're not having the best of times at the moment and I do appreciate the blog and the the effort that goes into it, and I have commented in the past. It just gets a little tiresome reding bloggers complaining about not getting comments. 90% of blogs don't get any comments, no matter how good they are or how much effort has gone into them. That's just the way it is. It always ends up with the blogger threatening to quit or withholding promised links etc. etc. I'm as guilty of not commenting as the next guy and will make more of an effort from now on, but whenever the amount of received comments becomes such an important factor that you have to write a big complaint about it, it might be time to do something else.

Seems I missed some rapid fire commenting eh Longy? Your moment with your friend, Dane is extraordinary and glorious like you English. Our lives as bloggers seem like they may melt into the plastic of time but we can rest assured, first wave blogs will be refined with future waves and the truly great rips will have a life of their own.

sorry to hear mate, life is hard at times, makes us appreciate the good times more.I know i dont know you but to me you are classed as a friend, I really do wish you and those you care about well. I think 1 of the best parts of your blog are the comments that others dont seem to get, very informative and humorous, anyway all the best.Gonk

Thanks guys.

Gonk,I feel the same way about you mate. Like you said before, theres always someone worse off than ourselves (my neighbour for a start) I enjoy the banter too. It keeps me semi sane.

Frank,Topper, anon, viacom and altcerf - thanks for your nice comments.

Anon P - I don't dispute you have a point. I have several mitigating circumstances and its the first time I've ever had a whinge on here about comments. The general amount of comments I get has never been an issue before now and still isn't. Whats going on in my life is an issue though and as a human being,it sometimes spills out in other places(like here) I hope you can understand that.

I'm so sorry about the lost of your friend Dane. I feel that anything that I say won't helps too much in this moment, but I really hope that you can overcome this soon and you don't fall into depression. Don't apologize for say what you feel, this is your blog and you can say whatever you want. As you wisely said, we are human beings and have the need to share the good moments and the bad ones with our friends. I don't want to be offensive to anyone, but blogs are not intended to just download and download files... they are a good opportunity to know what other people think and learn more about the music we like, of course: if we leave comments. In my oppinion this has more value that just listen the music (or see the videos) alone in our room.

Anyway Longy, we are here with you and hope we can continue enjoying your kindness for a long time.

Cheers

Hey, Longy,I guess I missed the previous post but it sounds like you have a lot going on and I wish you all the best.

I know I've commented on some of your posts, don't know how often. I don't even know what led up to this. I'm glad you do this blog and although I'm very busy I enjoy dropping in here from time to time. It's like a cool club that I wish I had more time for.

Thanks for this and cheers to you.

Didn't think it was for one minute longy I've given up on worrying about whether people comment on the shit I've gotta say or the music I post. I know who's who and what's what, the same as you, so it's for them and myself I carry on, and who ever maybe passing by. These blogs are an expression of us and like you said, who we are, and should be reflected in what we post. It's called keeping it real, and there's so many people out there who aint keeping it real. Didn't think for a minute we'd heard the last of you, cos I reckon yer a stubbon bastard like what I is who's been through a lot, talking of which Sorry to hear about your loss, don't think there's anything I can say that will make you feel any better than how yer feeling at this point in time. Just don't keep yer feelings to yerself so they eat you up. That's what blogs are for, unleash the beast inside. Once again take care stay free 'n' all that. Fuck this is a bit of a long comment that probably makes no sense, in this nosensicale world. Think it's time to go...........

Cheers Nuzz. I appreciate that.
