Just a little plug for Knox and the lads who are playing at The Hippo in Plymouth on Friday. If you've got a spare 6 quid then get along there for what should be a good night. Alas,I won't be able to make this one due to the new painkillers I'm on. I've had several accidents over the last few days(pouring boiling water over my fingers,slicing half a thumb off,wearing a bowl of Rice Crispies and falling over twice) Who said the drugs don't work! An alcohol free night before an early start for Saturday's football is in order. I might not even make the game at this rate.Anyway,back to the music. Everyone knows these 2 classic tracks but for the few that might not of heard the 7'' version of Automatic Lover,its different than the one on the excellent V2 album. Destroy is the same version and is one of the greatest Punk Rock B sides ever in my humble "drugged up" opinion.

I'll do me best Nuzz. Cheers. Unfortunately,I'm stuck with chronic pain for the rest of life (fusion in my spine they can't operate on) Injections used to help despite the agonising pain for having needles deep in me facet joints but I can't have any more now cos its making it even worse. On four different kind of painkillers now so will just have to lump it. Things about worse and I'll live to fight another day.
