The Now - Into The 80's! : The 1978 Demos (2005)

These underrated, underachievers started life in Peterborough '77. They started out playing venues such as the Vortex, alongside 999 and The Flys and later went on to tour with the likes of XTC. These recordings (as the title suggests) are demos from 1978 that were eventually released on a German bootleg vinyl LP.

A big thanks to my mate Graham who donated this one for you all. He may be a Man Utd fan but he's good egg really!
Tracks

A1 - Into The 80's

A3 - Third World War
A4 - Why
A5 - You Student
A6 - Here It Comes Now
A7 - Nine O' Clock
B1 - Woman's Own
B2 - Seven Days Ago
B3 - The Invaders

Nice post Longy and thanks to Graham.

Their first single (Development Corporation) was one of my debut postings and fave singles (still play it all the time). Never heard of this one so looking forward to playing.
