Just came across yr blog. Man so many of these had too. I don't suppose you have Nick kent and the Subterraneans 'My Flamingo' that came out on Demonoid at all. It is my holy grail, have added you to my list.

Hi Mona. No sorry I don't have that one. Might be worth asking Gary over at http://asfm.blogspot.com/ or Razor over at http://shortsharpkickintheteeth.blogspot.com/ erm or you could try Mike & Sarah over at http://rbkwh.blogspot.com/

Thanks for the comment and have added you back. I will be over for a proper look when I get time.

No, this is better than good. It's excellent.
It's easy to make the mistake of thinking that Teardrop Explodes gave us nothing more than "Reward" and "Treason". On their own, they're fine, pop singles.
But delve back deeper, listen to the first album and their very early stuff and you'll great songs like the ones on here.
Julian Cope might be a touch bonkers these days but he was a genius songwriter in his prime.

Your preaching to the converted here mate. Cope was an excellent songwriter....probably still is.
