I'd probably say Flipper. I got 'Ha Ha Ha' as it was on the Jellybeans comp. But just never got the rest of it. Even through the Kurt Cobain wearing a Flipper shirt period. Now I cant get enough of them. I spose they are very similar to an American 'The Fall' anyway. I think the first LP should now be compulsory listening.
I was the same for most American punk stuff John. I just didn't like it with a few exceptions (Ramones,Dead Boys,Dickies,Dead Kennedys,Black Flag) Its only in the last few years I've got into it alot more (including Flipper) That Jellybeans comp is definately a goodun.

I used to hate DEVO and IAN DURY.
Now I quite enjoy 'em both.
ALso did not like 2 washington DC area bands:
the SLickee Boys, and the Insect Surfers.
