The City of Coventry here in the UK is famous for few things........getting bombed heavily in WW2,having a shite football team and The Specials. Well before the Specials came about there were The Flys. Often refered to as a punk/powerpop/mod band but a good band they were. Nothing they did ever touched their fantastic Love & Molotiv Cocktail single in my humble opinion (still one my favs after all these years) but this is not too bad.Tracks

Not knowing a thing about this band, I downloaded the Four From The Square EP first, and was pleased to find that "Night Creatures" was the same song Superchunk covered. I've been humming it for 20 years and didn't know that it was a cover until today.
