While we are at it lets have another No Future classic. This was the PTTB's debut single and in my opinion, their best one too. I've always had a soft spot for Peavehaven Wild Kids but I like the other two songs alot as well. I saw this band in '83 at Fiesta in Plymouth and it was a great gig. My sisters band Hysteria were supposed to be supporting but unfortunately due to Caroline being unwell that day they didn't play. The camera went to this gig hoping to get some Hysteria photos but instead it took some dodgy photos of the Test Tubes.

Holy shit! I think we must have bought vinyl at the same shop...another one owned too! P&TTTB are just a superb band and its a pity they don't play many UK gigs. Great musicians coupled with Peter's satirical vocal does it for me. This is a killer !
love the photos longy.especially of the 'bouncer' with the bow tie!

One of my alltime favorite bands. Mating Sounds.. Is a classic. Love this single! Toured with them for 3 months in '99 and they are quite hilarious. I finally met a band that could out drink us...PATTB!

Classic single! Always loved PTTB... can't think of many records I enjoyed as much as the Mating Sounds ... great live act too.
Thanx Longy!

Cheers for the comments,I'm glad you liked this one (and yes that bouncer does look like a big poof)
Peacehaven wild kids and moped lads is about the school I went to (Tideway). Same school and PATTB
Saw them a couple of years back. Very entertaining
I hope Chris Eubank didn't go to your school too :-)
