Buzzcocks - Running Free 7'' (1980)

Manchesters greatest ever band from 1980. Not their best single by a long shot but even your average Buzzers single is better than most. The last time I went to Manchester,I nearly got killed by one of those trams in the City Centre. After witnessing Chelsea FC's defeat to Liverpool in the FA Cup Semi Final at Old Trafford later that day,I wish the bleedin' tram had killed me!

Tracks

1) Running Free
2) What Do You Know

Nice one Longy. This is when The Buzzcocks were becoming comtemporary to me. I loved the 3 singles that comprised Parts 1-3. They are one of my all time Favorite bands ever.

Thanks. Seems that the front cover may be something wrong with. I didn't get a complete picture when I upload it.

Best wishes from Sweden

Hey Longy good post, I have to say I gave up on the Buzzocks at "Harmony In My Head" or was it "You Say you don't love me", whichever one was last?

When I listen to their later stuff now, I don't know why, because I like it. Doh!

Have you got the Tickets, playing it now, classic.

Yep I love The Tickets mate. Seriously, thats a bloody good effort mate.

I think You Say You Don't Love Me was after Harmony In My Head. Can't remember though.

Seeing Buzzcocks on 14th August. Only problem is I have to get up early the next day to get the train as its the first day of the season!
