A True Legend, always seem's to get overlooked, Gonk
Thanks Gonk. Yes I think people certainly underestimated his music. It wasn't "punky" enough. I loved the first 2 albums but after that I went off them.
to be honest, i did buy 1'st 3 albums but never got into him till about 10 years ago, so agree with above, talking of overlooked, do u have XTC's 1'st album, not a request, an opinion?? TK
Yep its the only one I have TK. I've always liked the first XTC album but I struggled with them after that.
Thanks for reply, great blog, i think at the time wasnt much else to buy, Squeeze was another, i think i forced myself to like them, TRB too, "Gay" ep meant nobody shouted about em, love em all now but definately mellower now lol TK
