I need help with this one! I think this came with one of the reissues of the Westworld LP but I'm not sure and cannot remember. Does anyone know? On the label its marked KB1 (I assume with all my unvast knowledge that stands for Kirk Brandon) When you get old you tend to lose your memory a bit! The label is also incorrectly marked on both sides (track 1 is track 2 on both sides ect) This EP doesn't have a cover either. A lengthy search of the internet revealed sweet fa.
Im posting this to A) Find out exactly where it came from and B) to re-address the balance and post some of the greatest Kirk Brandon recordings ever. Side One you will also find on the excellent compilation album by The Pack (Dead Ronin) and includes Longy's favourite Pack song Brave New Soldiers and the greatness of side 2 needs no introduction although note its not the original 7'' versions of those two songs (unoriginal sin if you like) Its definately something you would of all heard before on later TOH CD's but if by some small chance you've never heard any of these,then I'm pretty jealous of you!
Edit: Mystery solved thanks to Highlander's memory. It does indeed come from a re-issed version of Westworld from 1991. Thanks Highlander and Rod for your help.

My very old (and slightly hazy) memory tells me that this was somekind of record/T-Shirt package I remember being advertised in one of the music rags (NME or Sounds or both)... but don't take my word for it!!
Don't suppose you've got (and can post) their "Rebel Without A Brain" 7" as it's been missing from my box for too many years now.

I don't think it was actually from the papers themselves, I just recall seeing it advertised for sale possibly from Burning Rome Records (?). I'm sure someone will know for sure...

Seems that this is not the single I was thinking of.... just had a look on discogs.com and the one that came with the T-Shirt was the live "Poppies" EP... I told you my memory is not wot it once was!

Longy - its definitely from one of the Westworld Lp reissues. I remember as I got a copy when I bought it (I've still got my copy of this single but not the LP - replaced that with the CD). As for the year, it would have been early 90's I reckon and I am pretty sure it had a yellow cover which would coincide with this reissue listed on discogs.
Although discogs lists the CD there was a vinyl reissue at the same time.
Nice one Highlander! At least I got the Westworld right. I'm the same as you,I don't own Westworld on vinyl anymore.I never owned the re-issue one either! So its 1991 then by the looks of things. Thanks for sorting that out for me and thanks Rod as well.
