It seems almost criminal but up until theres been no Ants on here. These songs, as the back of the cover clearly tells you,were both on the original soundtrack of the 1977 film Jubilee. I've still got that on vinyl but its in terrible condition! Two great songs here. Plastic Surgery is in fact my favourite Ants song of all time but Deutscher Girls isn't that far behind it.Tracks

Nachette,I believe so yes. I think McClaren highjacked the Ants after Dirk Wears White Sox and before Kings Of The Wild Frontier. Maybe one of our regular visitors can put me right on the details as I'm not 100% on it.

McLaren agreed to advise Adam for £1,000, but his advice was that AATA needed a new singer! So, effectively he sacked him from his own band but let him keep the name. The former Ants became Bow Wow Wow.
