Well I don't suppose you'll miss me for the next couple of days and to be truthful,I won't miss you either. I've got a Magazine gig to go to tomorrow and I cannot feckin' wait : - ) I'll be back some time on Sunday and will probably post again on Monday. I'll leave you this one last post because I'm kind. Don't know about missing you, but I do know I am well jealous about you seeing Magazine, I missed that one. I saw them a couple of time in the early days and they were outstanding, and I'm sure they will be again.
You could of gone tonight Gary....tickets were not sold out (hope that cheered you up lol)

I was at Magazine tonight (Thursday 12th) - awesome, bloody awesome! The sound was great and they opened with The Light Pours Out Of Me - doesn't get better than that!
PS: I've never seen so many tall people at a gig, had to fight my way to the front. Hope you enjoyed it too. Keep up the excellent work here!

I,m jealous - saw them at Hudds Poly in 78/79 (? - I'll check that) - still one of my best gigs .. supported by .. I'll check that as well - it might have been Dire Straits ! ... and go on Guus !!

It was a great gig people. Too packed for my liking though. Too big a venue and got in too late to fight my way down to the front. They sounded superb though and have still got that magic.
Right, Longy's up for the footie, so is busy but tonight I have the time so here ya go, my "can't be f'g true but is" moment .. having seen Magazine 79 and 80 in Edinburgh, been bloody scouring the Net for'em for years, and bugger all till a month ago when ... an archive of five (YES, FIVE) classic Magazine gigs emerged including Back to Nature Boston, a real HQ recording ... recommended are Boston, Toronto, Berlin ... go get, and don't forget to say thanks to the man ...

Magazine have just got a brand new compilation out so I don't think they would appreciate that being posted and I certainly won't - sorry.
Chelsea won 1 0. I don't enjoy being spammed during a game I'm trying to watch online. Thats why I mentioned it.
