I've always loved ATV. Mark Perry is an underated genius. This band could play the best 1977 punk there was (How Much Longer,Life,You Bastard ect) and also numbers like this one. I saw this as another experimental tune (one of many) but then again,I saw ATV as an experimental band (and a great one)
Joolz Holland also makes an appearance on this song (probably something to do with ATV and Squeeze being on the same record label at the time) Long live Mr Mark Perry!

Remember buying this and initially being disappointed, its now one of my fave ATV tracks.
Me too Gary. It wasn't punky enough for us was it.....but then again,it was never meant to be.
